Project Details:
ATS completed a tapered TLA® roof insulation installation at The Exchange, Solihull, refurbishing two live occupied terrace roof areas totalling 165m². The system was designed to improve thermal performance while creating the required roof falls, achieving a target U-value of 0.10 W/m²K.
The Solution:
Using our TransMix truck, ATS pumped TLA® directly onto the roof, eliminating the need for craned insulation boards and reducing disruption on the occupied site. A bonded fast-drying screed and Carlisle Resitrix waterproofing system completed the roof build-up.
