Scotland’s Future Homes Standard means gas boilers are out, and low-temperature heat pumps are in. That change puts huge pressure on traditional block-and-beam floors, which were never designed for efficient, low-temp heating.
ATS’s Super Floor System is designed for this challenge. The solution pairs Superbead® EPS below the beams with a choice of EPS insulation boards or TLA® (Thermal Lightweight Aggregate) above the beams. The result is a flatter, thermally efficient floorzone that is fully compatible with underfloor heating and future-ready heating systems.
