ATS’s Super Floor System gives housebuilders a regulation-ready floorzone designed for Scotland’s new build regulations and the shift to low-temperature heat pumps.

The system combines Superbead® EPS below beams with either EPS insulation boards or TLA® above beams, creating a thermally efficient, airtight platform. With U-values of 0.10 or better and improved PSI at junctions, The Super Floor System is up to 40% faster to install, reduces weather risk, and delivers a flatter surface for underfloor heating.
